The MQ-8 Hydrogen Gas Sensor Module detects the presence and concentration of hydrogen (H2) gas in the air, making it perfect for leak-detection and safety projects. It gives an analog reading proportional to gas concentration plus a digital threshold output set by the on-board LM393 comparator and potentiometer.
Key Features
- Sensitive to hydrogen (H2) gas with fast response and recovery
- Both analog (AO) and digital (DO) outputs on one board
- Adjustable trigger threshold via on-board potentiometer
- LM393 comparator with power and output LEDs
- Works with Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266 and Raspberry Pi
